• Alchemists are responsible for ensuring their email address is correct
• Download links remain active for 30 days from purchase date
• We recommend backing up your files immediately upon download

4 License & Usage Rights

Unless otherwise specified in the product description:

• Personal Use License: Alchemists may use the product for their own personal or commercial projects
• Alchemists may not resell, redistribute, or share the original files with third parties
• Alchemists may not claim ownership of the original digital assets

5 Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are generally final. However, we offer refunds to Alchemists under the following circumstances:

• Technical issues preventing access to the product (verified by our support team)
• Product significantly differs from description
• Duplicate charges or billing errors
• Refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase
